Chilli and Infused Honey Sauerkraut

Simple immune boosting side dish to accompany a host of dishes.  We enjoy this side in place of a traditional salad with many meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.  This can be enjoyed in a toasted sandwich to add an immensely addictive sweet and sour flavour bomb that will soon become your go-to toastie secret.

Place 150g of sauerkraut into a small bowl.  Finely dice up the chilli.  Drizzle the honey over the sauerkraut and sprinkle in the chilli.  Mix to combine and distribute flavour evenly. Serve and enjoy.
