Jun (4% alc/vol)

Starting with four simple ingredients: Filtered water, pure Australian honey, certified organic green tea, and our Jun kombucha culture, these are allowed to ferment low & slow for approximately three weeks, with botanicals being added to create new flavour combinations. Naturally at 4% alcohol, all of the Jun we make is not from concentrate, and free of any preservatives, artificial flavours or sulphites - creating a live product and a finish that generally sits on the slightly drier side.
